Melanotan 2 makes face orange

I find lately that the Melanotan 2 has made my face look orange after 2 months worth of use. The body looks great but the face is orange and it's impossible to stop the face orange process even with it covered during saturation of the sun or tanning bed. Advice?

Yes, it has an orange tint similar to when you use a bronzer at the tanning salon. I don't use that on my face though. Any thoughts on how to change this?

Not me. Just brown/bronze. My face does get darker then the rest of my body even though I wear sunblock every day. It has worked fantastically for me.

Not me either, my face is starting to get dark and I'm only 9 days into my MTII. If its that bad I would stop using it and maybe order some more elsewhere if you're set on using it.

If you are ginger and your natural tone of melanin is red...you can have an orangy glow. That for sure is not typical for the vast majority of melanotan users. Cannot change it if it is natural for you. Only thing you could do is discontinue use. I would just relax and be sure to not get any further exposure - it should tone down

Idk I have my own problems. My body is nice and dark but my face fades fast. Just my face will lighten up much faster than my body.

that is weird. i get small new tony moles on my face if i use it for too long but never turn orange

I would agree with the statement below that normally and naturally I do have a red tint to my face so that would make since that I'd have an orange look rather than a darker glow. Thanks

Wouldn't you just get red tho, like normal and not the orangy fake tan lotion look? I dunno, I'm gonna use it soon, I'm a fairly olivey dark complexion so hopefully I don't turn orange. I'll let you know how it goes for me.

Yes, you will have drastically differing results if you have a natural olive complexion. Before using it is always good to look over a lot of before and after photos and possibly follow/research a user log. We are all very different and unique when it comes to our skin
