melatonin and valerian root..........anyone else?

welp, been having sleep problems and slightly hbp................so i started hawthorne berry yest..............i also did 250iu of hcg tues, and 250iu hcg wens...........yest morn i did 125mg test e......................


so last night i figured id give melatonin and valerian root a try.............now, i dont know if its a reaction to the hb or what but................ive seen others on cycle or trt using both with no issues that i read

anyway, 1 mela and 2 vr like the bottles say..............didnt say how long b4 bed so i took em right b4..............well lemme tell ya, for over an hour i felt like i used to when i had done too much blow....................in and out of sweats, fast heartbeat, had to keep sitting up in bed, walked around the house a few times...............was crazy, then in matter of seconds, i felt really warm and happy and passed out..........


slept thru the night thats for sure but wth.................anyone else ever have this kind of reaction?

i read about side effects, valerian seems to have none but mela can be fast heartbeat and it says on the bottle not to use with corticosteroids..............have to look that up


first dbol now this, im starting to think my body wants to be left alone ,lol

I use Melatonin & Valarian Root everynight. I use as much as 16mg of Melatonin & 2gms of Valarian Root w/no problems. I used to do a lot of coke also and know that feeling. I also use 2-3gms of Magnisium before bed that helps to relax me.

Corticosteroids are anti inflamitories..

I had that happen to me once when I took too much Melatonin (10mg). I never had that happen with Valerian.
