His product isn’t methylene blue. It’s a supplement with a similar name. It has nothing to do with nitric oxide.

Ok just looked it up it’s a stim product called methyl blue. Yeah nothing to do with methylene blue.

I’m still curious about the nitric oxide inhibition of methylene blue around training or just being used by some one who trains in general seems counterproductive

I’ve never tried methylene blue. I like to train with nitric oxide boosters preworkout. I take Cialis and nebivolol. Both increase the pumps dramatically!
Nebivolol induces nitric oxide production via activation of beta(3)-adrenergic receptors.
Cialis increases nitric oxide (NO) levels. However, Cialis does not create NO in the body, and it only works when NO is present.

I was using 5mg long term but currently upped it to 10mg because I’m messing with occasional prednisone and HCG. 5mg is a good dose.
