Well this is kind a strange but im sure it works. Lately i get bad muscle cramps during the sleep when streching, as im good with couple of ex ifbb pros (from the 90's and early 00) i mentioned that to them. They both told me to try and take Midol. I laughed at first till i figured they were serious.
I told my wife to get me some and am taking it at night and no more cramps.. weird
Apparently midol contains ibuprofen pain reliever and an antispasmodic and a lot of guys are taking it for headaches, cramping and migraines.
On a side note my wife told everyone im taking midol, oh well
