im not sure why my pm box is blowing up all of a sudden about this but....
guys i have moved several times. i have no idea where they are. and honestly.....some of the info is way out there. especialy using insulin...humulin n and humulin r together.
if you do a search i outlined what it was like 5 years ago on here. wish i could help you guys out....but if the info was really that important i wouldnt have lost it.
he basicaly suggested:
one andro oral
one andro inj
one anabolic oral
one anabolic inj
all used at the same time and rotated every 4 weeks for a total of 16 weeks. nothing ground breaking. taking time off on the offseason, using hcg and clomid. and some clen after pct.
there is a lot more useful info on pm. this stuff was for the kamakazi pro level. not for us.

Did Milos recommend chopped cabbage when roasting a roast? I for one feel that cabbage, capers and artichokes really make a roast but capers and artichokes are futile in the absence of cabbage. WWMD? What Would Milos Do?

The recent off topic radio show on Rx Muscle, Milos was on it and he really talked about drug use in the pro's and other good things (insulin, pre-post workout meals,ect, ect)

LOL! I almost PM'd you the other night but I figured you would get about a dozen or two. An old post was brought back up and people read what you were posting about Milos back in may.

ohhhhh i get it. i was wondering what was going on. milos did not discuss training but he did write out a diet. it was crazy. it had sugars in it right up to the show cuz of the humulin n., honestly......i would not fuck w that5 stuff. if you look back i think i did post the whole cycle. how he rotated things.....but remember it was foar a certain person. doesnt mean it will work for you and maybe kill you!!
