Test amounts
Ok guys, here we go. I doubt few know my history. I have always worked out, but truth be known, I always had to have other guys inject me. Those days are over. I am fast becoming adept at using a syringe. I had a recent relapse with my latent alcohol problem. I am dealing with that. For my own reasons, I just want to give it an honest try. I am 40, fwiw. I have always worked out natural made ok gains, but there were the above mentioned bouts with alcohol which have hindered my progress. I have probably every supplement under the sun. I am a capricorn who refuses to quit and I am asking for help. I am talking about training here. I very much enjoy using doggcrapp style of brief training. Times are rough and I cannot employ a true personal trainer from the board like Phil. Anyway, to end up, I have been working out for years but just never the consistent day after day type, as I get burnt. I have some ideas that I have been gained through this board and DC, but just want some general help.
