Fellas, I have 6 boxes of blue dvds. I would like to make these mofo's last as long as possible. I was wondering what is the minimum I can use for the best joint recovery possible. Not, looking to cut fat (even though I know it will probably happen anyway, just not a main goal) or build muscle (got test for that).
So I was thinking 2iu's of hgh every other day. or should i do every day?
