So because of my weight 340 i need to eat a ton of food.. Im having a hell of a time eating carbs.. im trying to get 2.5 grams per pound of LBM which is around 275 lbs.. Getting in around 130 grams of carbs per meal is tough because im not really fond of complex carbs.. i tend to eat a lot of oatmeal and really cant stand brown rice pass a cup cooked.. What can i eat to get the most carbs in the smallest amount of food or supplement.. Thanks guys..
