So because of my weight 340 i need to eat a ton of food.. Im having a hell of a time eating carbs.. im trying to get 2.5 grams per pound of LBM which is around 275 lbs.. Getting in around 130 grams of carbs per meal is tough because im not really fond of complex carbs.. i tend to eat a lot of oatmeal and really cant stand brown rice pass a cup cooked.. What can i eat to get the most carbs in the smallest amount of food or supplement.. Thanks guys..
 
would supplenting with something like Palatinose work oe would it have un desired effects on the body since it is a sugar derivative?
 
bannana's have a ton of carbs in em.
grapefruit has quite a bit too.
mango's have alot of sugar in em too.
you could always drink fruit juices too. thats an easy way to get more carbs in.
i like to put honey on brown rice (if i ever eat brown rice) and that adds carbs as well. -JS
 
Try steel-oats,more fiber also.Why won't you just up the fats a little to compensate?
 
See what im doing is this:
1.5 g of pro. per lb of LBM
2.5g of carbs
.25g of fat

it comes out to be
136 carbs per meal except the last meal where i dont eat carbs
83 g of pro
11.3 grams of fat..

Ekeziel 4:9 cinnamon-raisen , has 44g carbs (5g fiber , 8g suger) per 1/2 cup and 7g protein.

I've been eating the shit out of mashed sweet potatos lately , a little splenda brown sugar and cinnamon , 1/2teaspoon fat free butter and you GTG

I forgot to mention and i dont know if it makes a difference but i cant eat bread!! It makes me so bloated that i cant even bend over to tie my shoes...

Raisins really pack a punch as well as being a very good anti-oxident and digestive aide. 120 carbs for a cup of raisins.
 
Am I the only one to pick up on this..This guy weighs 340 lbs with 275 lbs LBM..This means he is about 20% B/F...Sounds like he needs less food including carbs, not more.

Your right that is 20% thats why im only eating to feed my LBM i have never once done this and im going to see how it works for me after a month.. My entire life i have been eating under my maint. for carbs.. More fat than needed and enough pro. Keep in mind im 6'10 so its not like a short dumpy guy either.. You would never tell by looking at me that im that high.. Also i dont remember asking you whether or not i needed more or less food.. Im not a competitive BB and never will be i am however involved in powerlifting.. So i was just asking the one question and thats all..
