I have a milk allergy. Dont think its lactose intolerance but an actual allergy. No severe immediate reaction...just makes me feel shitty and congestion gets bad if I over do it.
I did Whey Iso from Synthetek for awhile and seemed to tolerate it well but a lil to pricey for me.
What's the best and most economical protein I could do? Trying to gain mass and get in 400g day isnt easy without supplementing with whey or something. Found beef protein TP. Not bad but not sure how it stacks up against whey and the others as far as cost and effectiveness.
Should I add BCAAs...but those are also whey derived so will they affect me negatively also or since they are isolated nutrients mabye not so bad.
I like the thought of only doing next gen LBAs from TP as my main protein source. I think I remember reading that that's all Phil did for awhile. Would that be sufficient or not? Not gonna get 400g/day like that but mayb the absorbability and quality superceeds quantity in that matter.
