This thread motivated me...set a personal best of 275x18 today...stopped due to a headache. ..I think I could of pushed another 5 or so. I'm 160-165lbs. this was after 2 different exercises. new goal is 315 for 20.
I was pretty proud of this below. I had pec tendon re-attachment surgery in early Dec. 09. This video was uploaded on March 28, 2010. I couldn't train anything in the first month. Started training legs in January. I couldn't reach behind to put my hands on the bar till late February... So only about 6-7 weeks of REAL squat training.
This as a LOT of fun. I'd put it as the most stacked Bros/Pros in terms of quality bodybuilders and strong mother fuckers. Kaden Vu did an unbelievable job. Jose Raymond beat us all.
