Waste of time, but I can separate them without the bottle.

ONE - they are bad for you
the high ammnts of cholesterol in egg yolks was originally suspected linked to high levels of blood serum cholesterol... it was later discovered that the actual effect of egg yolk cholesterol counteracts bad cholesterols in the blood... some still avoid egg yolks due to the outdated belief that egg yolks are bad for you

TWO- to avoid high calorie fats
but thats not the only reason... some know all about the later research exonerating egg yolks of their criminal cholesterol record, but they still use egg whites as a cheap fat free, low calorie source of protein... tossing the egg yolks helps these bros save calories while focusing their diet on pure protein

I dont trust the egg whites in carton...... guess I'm just paranoid about that.
 
i have never had issues with whites in a carton use them daily. As for eggs I eat 5 free ranged every morning with half a cup of whites and my HDL and LDL improved allot from when I wasnt even eating yellows. There are plenty of studies that support both cases and say yellows are good or yellows are bad.

I know what works for me so I will stick to that. I do know that the free ranged eggs I buy do have lower total cholestrol then caged eggs.
 
my fav part is the little squeeze of the bottle between each yolk... like saying watch I`m gonna do it again. I just eat the whole egg any way. Your liver makes /can make way more cholesterol than a whole stick of butter in a day.
 
I would do this because I am yet to see a carton say "free range chicken eggs: whites only"

BTW anyone know what they do with all the fat they extract from milk and yogurt?

Make cream, cream cheese, sour cream, etc.

This is a great idea because I always cook the whites but eat the yolks raw.
