well, my idea anyway,...lol you should get a commission PER compliment to your clients...

this week alone, 5 times people think ive lost between 10 and 15lbs...

my wifes older friend saw me coming down the stairs with laundry and no shirt and called me a moose.....lol

and 3 or 4 other people saying i look bigger..

I too have lost some weight, but people think I look bigger...

I was just over helping a buddy move, and he is like holy shit did you add 1" to your arms.

PHIL does do some great work. If I followed his eating guidance 100% I am sure I would be a lot happier.

Phil is a great guy and an awesome trainer, very educated. I have been working with him for right around 1.5 months and have NEVER seen results like these. I would highly reccomend him to anyone. If i remember right he set up a banner on the bottom of main page (sponsor banner) if you need to contact him with training inquiry.

Phil is awesome. And well worth the price. He guides you through everything, but at the same time allows you to learn your body. A most necessary thing. He is with you every step of the way and actually if you forget to email and update him, he is on you quick wondering about you. And if you make mistakes, he will be bluntly quick to let you know that you've messed up. I wish I would have found him years ago. I would have never got so fat and I would be tons bigger. You stay in contact with him through email and pics. He is very quick to answer questions and take care of you.

PM him here. I won't say price cause don't know if it has changed, but he provides diet info, what and when to eat and how often. He also offers workout details and how to use his workouts. He also does supplement advice.
