Ha, There's Malaka Tony! That dude used to train at my gym. He's the one in the red to his right. What place did he take? My younger brother told me that he saw him in downtown a few weeks ago and Tony said that he was going to do this show.

He looked a lot leaner this time than last year. Your guy was shredded!

Who is the overall winner? name?.. has he competed on the national level before? He certainly can get himself into great conditioning.... I don't think Iowa holds very many NPC shows? perhaps 2 or so?? I know that there is a multitude of natural contests.. I competed in one in Des Moines in 2000.
