Okay, so this will be translated on google because some of the names I mentioned technical I have no idea of how are pronounced in English, it is the result of the MRI and I have:
- Phenomena of brusite topography are present in sub-coracoids;
- Coping the above-spinner and particularly thorny not showing morphological changes or the distribution of the signal as evocative of failure. discrete areas of signal gain within the above thorny. allow itself to tendinose phenomena;
- tendon of the long portion of bicipite into normal anatomic site observing the discrete areas of hyper along with their sheath. dmitem is phenomena of tenosynovitis
what can I do about this? What are my options? someone who has had something similar? how to troubleshoot? so I consulted the doctor until the 20th so not know what to do as coach or not.
Work with someone with experience?
pain in the shoulder , that is the MRI result... so i think for what i understood of that i have 2 or 3 fucked tendons in the shoulder i may have tendonit in one tendon i may have tenosynovitis in another and inflamation.
what i feel is pain, if:
- i flex de bicep (pain in the front shoulder)
- i do chest ( same pain )
- if my harm goes up past my shoulder (same pain)
- if i open the arms like streching the chest (little pain)
- it hurt´s by touch it´s the 2 tendons on the front of the shoulder if i put my fingers in there and press it hurt
- if i put my harm over my head it hurt, if i then flex the bicep it hurt´s like hell
