Like anything this will depend on your tolerance and goal. I have used it now a total of three times. The most recent was to get ready to vacation in Jamaica. I have a calculator that gives your recommended dosage. This is based off your body weight and what percentage of total dosage you want to use. I usually start with about 50% of my total recommended dosage for a week and the go straight to 100% for a total of three weeks. I normally do the same with tanning. I start with 10 minutes for the first week, then move to 15 for the second, and finish with 20 for the third. On all weeks tanning 3 times a week. By the end of this protocol I am darker than my race normally is regardless of sun exposure. If you like PM me your email addy and I can email you this excel spreadsheet.
I forgot to mention that the nausea and the flushing wasn't really an issue for me. I dosed first thing in the morning before cardio so I guess these sides were masked by the cardio. The uncontrollable wood is annoying sometimes though, but again it was not often enough to cause any issues for me. On days I didn't work and planned to tan I dose about 30 minutes before my workout and tanned immediately after. I read an article some time back that suggested this peptide provides most of its benefits shortly after dosing.
