Is it ok to leave it in the vial in the fridge?

I hear people talk about taking it out into syringes but if its a multi-use bottle then isn't ti ok to just draw each time?

Mixed Id keep it in the fridge.

Wow unmixed in freezer? never heard that before.

I always heard, unmixed at normal temp. mixed in fridge BUT in pins - never heard anyone talk about keeping it in the vial
