K I have read all the beginers sections and understand the growth principals prescribed by the many knowlegdable atheletes on here. Specially on how you should work out everyother dayand very limited set counts. I understand the science behind it as pointed out too.

I still have a question?

Is thier some people that have abnormaly high muscle regeneration rates. Such as Arnold is supposed to. I'm not saying that I do at all but I have wondered. I work extremely hard at the gym. To the point of exaustion and the occasional puking on leg day. But than say the next day I can go to the gym and do the same routine without any real noticable lactic fatigue. In fact, and I have been testing this for about a year now. When I do twice a weak workouts as compared to once a week workouts I gained in 6 months time an 65 pounds on my bench compared 30 doing one a days.

So this leads me back to my question. Is it abnormal regen rates....or maybe mental I just belive I am geting more from the two a days so I gain more?
 
Regen

Everyones regen time on the nervouse system is the different but generaly close. The reason you might get stronger is because of consistantly training the same exercises and if you change the workout to where your body would not recognize the exercise or weight, then trust me you would not be ready to hit the gym with the same intensity as the day before. the traing that couses this fast regen is applye dto alot of power lifters, mostly noticable for basic movements (ie.squats, bench dead lift..ect) compound movements are easier to build strength at than more technical balancing movements(ie. dumbbells, ab balls ect....) To the ? i would think there is a select few that do regen real quik but alot of factors play a roll in that like sleep if your hitting r.e.m or not, diet, intensity ect. just my .02 cents
