the muscle loss may be a myth. DNP will severely deplete muscle glycogen, you will look flat and your muscles will 'deflate', and you will be weak and tired
this appears to be a loss of muscle
this is of course temporary and when DNP is finished and you eat normally and go back to normal
of course if you do DNP for a long time and starve yourself and not train (due to lack of energy) at all you of course will lose some muscle. but if you starve yourself and not train you will lose muscle - independent of DNP
