How long would you say it takes to fully develop muscle maturity...maybe 4-5 years? Longer?

that makes sense! I was talking with this one guy i know who is 51 years old, 6'0" and 240 ish very lean and he kind of said the same thing. he's been competing forever and has won many titles here in oregon. you might know him xcel.xcelbeyond said:If he's anything like me, it's not workout frequency, it's being able to eat enough to support keeping that much muscle!
