hello!! i just started training again.i haven't trained since 96.will the musle memory be slow coming back.or will my traing be like it's my first time ever training.anybody know?
I think of "muscle memory" as the ability to regain muscle that was lost. Your question seems to be posed around strength and ease of exercise. What you're asking - it's gonna be like your first time if you haven't worked out in 7 years!
yes.all of it though.will it come back through muscle memory?.because i've been off so long.or will the muscle memory be gone.or will it be more like my first time ever doing ant kind of training.it's been so long i've lost touch with it all.things have changed since i last trained.man is it nice to be back in the gym.trucking can make it a little hard to do.
that memory you're talking about: I think it will depend on for what time you trained before. like for 2 years, or 10 years. If you trained shortly, don't expect these power and musscles back
i trained for 5 years before.so i will just have to see what happens i quess.it's just getting the mind memory back again.reading the boads are sure helping.ya it is good to know there are other canucks on here
