I have been thinking about this for a while, is there a better alternative to muscle milk? I like the high calories and the taste, but I question the quality of the protein. I have been using Muscle Milk for about a year and recently I notice it gives me more gas than normal It never used to do this but it has gotten bad recently, my g/f has to leave the room,lol. I use trueprotein's whey isolate(cfm) pwo only and I love it. It seems like I feel better digesting this type of protein than whatever the hell is in muscle milk. Can anyone suggest a product or method that would help me get calories/protein in without having to chew all the time? I eat between 3 and 4 whole food meals a day, but I like the convenience, speed and easy digestabilty of liquid meals, especially when it's HOT and my appetite is lower. Ideas anyone??
