Diet changes again soon. Doing days where I'm high fat/high protein and high carb/high protein. Just started doing cardio 25min 3x/week walking on the treadmill on an incline. Weight is usually around 245 in the morning and 250 in the evening.
This Saturday I'll be 9 weeks out from Pittsburgh and 11 weeks out from Junior USA's (IF I do well enough at Pittsburgh to warrant going to Charleston that is)
What do you think?
