Diet changes again soon. Doing days where I'm high fat/high protein and high carb/high protein. Just started doing cardio 25min 3x/week walking on the treadmill on an incline. Weight is usually around 245 in the morning and 250 in the evening.

This Saturday I'll be 9 weeks out from Pittsburgh and 11 weeks out from Junior USA's (IF I do well enough at Pittsburgh to warrant going to Charleston that is)

What do you think?

Hams are starting to jump out. look solid. You have plenty of time for conditioning.Now jus get a tan:D and nail down the posing for a strong presentation. I appreciate the video updates. Look forward to seeing upcoming progress.

Definitely gotta work on posing. I don't have the money right now to tan to be honest, but 8 weeks out I will budget for it. I'm literally scraping pennies getting by right now.

Thanks guys. Right now I'm trying to work really hard on certain body parts (back and arms) and really focusing on conditioning. Hoping to drop a few more lbs by the end of the weekend. Everything has been going as scheduled, so I'm very happy.

are you training DC ?

My entire off-season was DC and I'm using DC principles for pre-contest... but not entirely. I'm started to dip in strength, so it's frustrating mentally to keep the log book. Not exactly doing 6 plate flood deads right now, LOL.
