its hard as hell for me to gain weight but on my last bulk cycle i blended this up twice a day and saw some real results
cup of cottage cheese
scoops of oats
fat glob of pb
choc protein scoop
banana or 2
yogurt sometimes
milk
olive oil splash
(mayb a little choc syrup)
i didnt put all of this in every time just what i had in the fridge - im forgettin one of the main things i put in tho.
the good thing is peanut butter is all you really taste. the only rough part is choking down those oats
