Excellent advice has been given to the op. Also very refreshing that he didn't get flamed...except that he's asked if he's an idiot and got honest responses!

Like the others said...blood work, low dose test, maybe a couple of iu's of growth, cardio and diet. Possibly hiring one of the trainers here will make all of this easier for you to do as well.

i wouldn't recommend tren to anyone, especially someone 50+. it is toxic and very bad for the human body. I also would stay away from all other aas at your age. Low dose test would be the only one (trt dose). Real trt 100 -125mg a week. Not the 400mg trt garbage you see fools running on in this forum and others. You have to keep your H &H and rbc's within range. You don't want to be another statistic and die from a heart attack, stroke, kidney and liver damge etc by being vain and chasing your idea body by throwing massive amounts of drugs at it.

Hello Mopar. Truly sory to hear about the obstacles you have been faced with. I'd like to type out a long dirty laundry list of reasons why you should tread lightly with your purposed cycle. I have class in 10 minutes, so I'll lay out a few things that you should consider.
You may or not be aware that you are at an increased risk of thrombosis, as an HIV individual. With you having Lipodystrophy syndrome, this increases your risk even more so, as with Lipo syndrome, than without. This is due to the elevated homocysteine levels. This is an inflammatory marker that you need to address through diet and lifestyle.

I'm not certain what type of antiretroviral drug(s) you are taking ie; nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor, nonnuleotide inhibitor, protease inhibitor, fusion inhibitor, entry inhibitor or integrate strand transfer inhibitor. Most of these will alter your cholesterol levels to a hyper state. As well your triglycerides, glucose levels and liver function ie; elevated AST/ALT.

You do need to optimize your hormones, without a doubt. A little Anabolics/Androgens/GH/thyroid hormones will suffice. Not supraphysiological levels tho.


I do have to go, please reconsider your thoughts.
