So, after a long time of waiting and natural training(about 2 1/2 years), I have decided to run my first cycle. It goes like this:
Test e 250mg/wk for 8 weeks.
I have nolva, clomid and ADex on hand and plan to run them like this:
(14 days after last shot)
clomid 50 mg per day week 1
clomid 50mg per day week 2
clomid 25mg per day + .25mg Adex ed + 20mg nolva per day week 3
.25mg Adex ed + 20 mg nolva per day weeks 4-6
Stats are: 6'1", 210 (ectomorph)
25 years old training since I was 15 but two years of consistent workout and diet.
Here's a sample day: Meal 1 6 whole eggs with shredded cheese and multigrain toast, OJ.
Meal 2: 3 scoops Muscle Milk in whole milk
Meal 3: Eat out like Panchero's, Chipotle's, applebee's ok and sometimes buirger keeng
Meal 4: 2 boneless chicken breasts with lemon pepper, a yam or baked potato, and green veggies like broccoli or spinach
Meal 5: Lean steak with rice or a yam (I like yams) and a salad, 8 0z. bolthouse farms C-boost or green goodness (I like bolthouse farms too)
Meal 6: Same as meal 2
Supps: l-glutamine, kre-alkalyn, multi(mega men) , and fish oil(nordic natuurals). Rhodiloa rosea(3%) and acetyl-l-carnitine in the morning. pwo I just started using waxy maize from trueprotein (love it!) and cfm isolate also from tp (I like tp for my bunghole lol)
depending on the day I get about 4200-4500 cals. this diet has helped me really change my physique over the past year. I have put on a good 10-12 lbs eating this way.
As some of you may notice, I have read a lot of Dad's posts on low dose/shorter cycles and believe this method will work better for me and what I am trying to accomplish ( I am not trying to go pro or anything but plan on competing after another year or so). My only question is is this pct overkill? Will I need this much pct for such a short cycle? I don't expect to gain 50lbs. of muscle from this but I am looking to make it easY(er) to maintain the moderate gains from a shorter run. Opinions?
