my girl wants to take isopure

I let her try some a while back and she liked it and wants to get some. Do you think it would be beneficial?..she does mostly cardio and a tad bit of weight training and is doing the atkins diet

I would tell her to can the atkins diet for a start. Then just get her to balance carbs, proteins and fats out and lift more weight. Any protein is going to be beneficial. But the atkins diet is not suitable for this environment plus she will rebound when she comes of of it.

Only if she eats like crap or in ridiculous amounts. Coming off EVERY type of diet and then stuffing your face would make you "rebound".

If she eats a balance diet in reasonable amounts she won't.

Since it contains no carbs, Isopure ore any carb free protein powder is ok on a Atkins diet.
