anyone care to take a gander at my bloodwork plz?

im completely retarded when it comes to analyzing bloodwork so if anybody cares to take a look and let me know whats up itd be appreciated!

about 8-9 wks into current cycle, started as a 70test/50tren/DNP cut for 6 wks that has now transitioned to a 90test/20MENT/10tren lean bulk for the last 2-3 wks. wasnt fasted (hence the high glucose), taken ~1pm after eating a fat omelette at IHOP lol (was traveling). tried to stay decently hydrated beforehand but prob couldve drank more in the hr or so leading up to it (im sometimes bad about drinking water lol).

my RBC/crit/globin are all lower this time around compared to last bloods on just TRT back in feb so thats good. lipids also seem decent from what i can tell for currently being on cycle esp w/ tren in the mix thanks to the atorvastatin.

my WBC and neutrophils are high but i was starting to catch a cold that day too so i think that explains that.

the #1 things that sticks out to me is the BUN, BUN/creatinine ratio and my RDW (idk wtf this is..? lol) all being high. could someone plz give me an idea why these might be out of whack? thanks!

Just seems like dehydration. If I remember correctly a high protein intake can raise bun so that might be something to consider.

What does your diet look like right now, in general? I know you said you were traveling and things can get sideways on the road. Also, are you on any prescription medication other than the statin?

ya i def need to drink more water. i was just traveling that day so diet is usually clean, carb/cal cycling an average 3600 cals ed w/ 225g protein at 5'11 194 11-12% bf w/ occassional cheat meals that still are pretty healthy. im only taking the statin and nebivolol/cialis for BP besides some other meds ive been on for yrs that dont affect my BW at all.
 
Looks like you’re dehydrated and might be fighting some infection or inflammation
My thoughts as well...but you should try to get that HDL up to 40+.

I didn't see any tests for things like Apo-B or inflammation marker (crp, homocysteine, esr).
 
Looks pretty good overall. Maybe fighting a little infection...perhaps a bit dehydrated. Cholesterol numbers all look good except HDL could use some TLC. Just for clarification I assume those are daily doses or are those weekly doses?

id love to get my HDL above 40 on cycle as well but how would I go about doing that esp w/ (low dose) tren in the mix? I already eat plenty of healthy fats like EVOO, nuts, fish and fish oil, etc, do cardio and get 8-12k steps a day. would u suggest adding in some ezetimibe on top of the atorvastatin?

also the BW was ordered by my GI doc for my Entyvio infusions (a biologic for UC/crohns) for my ulcerative colitis so i didnt have control over what test were in it. are those other tests u mentioned usually included in CBCs?

For bloodwork this is a pretty good place to start for less than $200 or you can order individual tests on their own. I just pay out of pocket instead of dealing with my doctor to order what I want and the test results are private

ya sure, theres lots of good options nowadays. marekhealth is prob who id use for private BW tho.

Honestly 9 weeks into 350mgs of tren and HDL of ~30...really not all that bad! Few items...

  • Tren notoriously bottoms out peoples HDL...yours has held out well on a decent dose of tren. Lowering the tren should get you a little bump
  • Hard cardio seems to help. HIIT type for me does the trick
  • Citrus Bergamot 1,000mgs AM and PM works for many...mostly to lower LDL but it does help HDL. Same doses with berberine
  • Krill oil/adequate dose of omega 3's.
  • Diet...big one here....eat avocados, olive oil, blueberries...and a crap load of them. Reduce sugar and carbohydrate intake.

I mean 350mgs of tren for me and my HDL will be 15 after 4-6 weeks. While we see the happy stories here...there never-ending threads of dudes on 300mgs tren and a single digit HDL. I'm super paranoid about bloods, but honestly, with some modest changes you can get that approaching 40 pretty quick!

Cardarine made the biggest difference of anything I have ever seen. I only took it once though and am just too freaked out to take it.

ya very true, and the weird thing is i wasnt even fasted before that blood test, i ate a fatty meal 1-2 hrs before (an omelette) and that should even skew it to the down side even more. i guess ill take it tho lol. and ya cardarine scares me too much, id rather have a lower than ideal HDL for a while than risk cancer.

I used to use marek but my last round of tests took two weeks to get results back so I switched to ulta labs and depending of the test i get results as fast as same day most within 3 days and a some up to a week max

Yeah apparently if you order multiple tests and one takes a long ass time Marek will hold all the results until every test is complete then send all the results together

Ulta labs send each result in as its ready. So if i do a bunch of different tests, each of the results come in as its ready, like cbc i get results the same day. Most take 1-3 days and some of the sensitive tests can take 5-7 days. But i like that I get each test result as they come in instead of waiting a long ass time for them all to be sent if one takes a while
 
I took a gander, and the results for some measures were just over yonder.
