I like that modified squat bar. That's something I need since my shoulders are so bad I can't reach the bar anymore.

Maybe as you get more footage kind of theme the videos, like gear one with clips towards adversity, sacrifice, intensity...

Yea it's a cambered bar - those squats are brutal..the weight can swing on you...you have to be really stable and tight...

I tack on a lot of partial reps to extend sets and drive more blood into the muscle....a stupid pump and metabolic stress equals growth!
