Lately my girl and I have been addicted to shakes in the morning. We live in guest house with no kitchen, so eating is tough for us.
Using the big Magic bullet mug I throw in
Little less then 1 cup of ice
Heaping table spoon of crunchy peanut butter
1 banana
Heaping Tea spoon of honey
Scoop of protein
Whole milk, Not sure maybe 4 ounces
Blend
Then add granola. Give it a few pulses, I like em thick and crunchy. Done.
I never measure this stuff so those are my guestamations.
It fills me up good, and taste great. I'm not sure how healthy it is though. Maybe someone can help me with that.
