Any particular reason for all the tuna?
Do you just like it a lot or is it because it's convenient and cheap?
I know it's quality protein but doesn't it have high Mercury levels, or was that just a rumor?

Yeah mainly because don't have to cook , just open a can , decent quality protein. I think if we worried about every study that said anything we would go mad as far as I know I feel good and haven't had any increased levels of anything when had blood tests

Your probably right and I mean it's damn near impossible to beat Tuna as far as price is concerned. On my college kid budget it would certainly help out. Does anyone else know anything about the whole Tuna-Mercury situation?

Ive never eaten that many meals in one day..And I know for a fact I could never eat that much tuna..Smell like CAT FOOD..

BK, I give you credit for eating that tuna, i cant stand it, I was eating up to 5 cans a day sometimes, and i could not deal with it no more, it was also the chunk light because of the price, it was so low, and im no richie rich so I did what I had to do, and now here I am eating no more tuna for a while, Id opt for the chicken or eggwhite omelete.
