for info I'm 205 lbs, 12%bf, 7 cycles under my belt,never as big as this one: my goal is to become heavyweight and drop my bf level to 10% max.
I was 250 lbs when I planned this first but I had a shoulder injury which impeached me to train as I wanted to for 1 year...I'll wait til I am back to 220 lbs to begin that cycle...
