I am 48 years old. 6 feet tall.

On May 20th I was ummmm, 218lbs.
Today I was 214lbs.

So basically my weight hasnt changed.

great progress buddy. I will say i was highly disappointed there wasnt one of you wearing a cow costume like your adoreable puppy was wearing but i will get over it.

Seriously though man, that is drastic progress for 3.5 months. I think you look great for any age. Hell you look better than 99% of the 18 year olds out there . Keep up the great work and you know i love reading anything you post, just as you love my passive agressivenss=-)

I am sincerely sorry that my Mr. Wienie Avatar caused you so much grief. Mr. Q also commented on my glaring lack of decorum. He said it made him cry. And yes, I have a full head of nearly gray hair. But it doesnt seem to work with me as it does with George Clooney. But as George doesnt die his hair, nor will I.

And I was on 5ius of Elitopin ED. 2.5ius fasted at bedtime, 2.5ius fasted in the morning prior to my workout. So basically I was fasted approximately 12 hours each day.
