Just throwing this out there for others.
For the last 4 months or so I have been eating these religiously. My day is like this:
1-Cardio
2-Breakfast-Protein Pancake with sugar free syrup
3-snack on fruit til lunch
4-Lunch- Turkey with veggies and banana peppers
5-Peanuts for snacking
6-Hour before lifting another pancake
7-workout
8-Pancake
9-sometimes another right before bed
Pancake consists of:
1 scoop whey from True Protein
6 egg whites
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 banana ( or other Fruit)
dash of cinnamon
little Spenda (sometimes)
Since I have started this I am not as crazy hungry as before and have leaned up really well and maintained alot of my mass. This taste so good and kills my sweet tooth cravings. This also helps on the budget since eggs are pretty cheap. $1.02 a dozen at Aldi or 7.28 5 dozen @ walmart. Hope this helps
