I’ve been dieting hard these last 16 weeks so been looking for ways to add some variety to the diet! This is a super simple delicious pancake!! I literally felt like I was cheating while I was eating it! Lol
1 scoop favorite protein powder (I used Species vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 packet Stevia
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (makes it nice and fluffy!!)
Add water until pancake batter consistency
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Spray pan with non-stick spray and cook it up! Smear the peanut butter on the top after done! I was surprised how much of a pancake texture it had! It was really fluffy, sweet, and delicious when you’re limited on what you can have! Adjust according to your own macros. Enjoy!
