My s lin/peptide/gh protocol for minimal fat gain

Going for lean mass with a test cycle. Im adding humalog on workout days only but want to minimize fat gain so i'll try and have little fat when its presnet. I planned on doing a large slin shot pwo only but after reviewing datbtrue's threads that seems that it will make the GH less benefital which is not what I want. What do you guys think. This is on MWF, workout days

9am. 100mcg modified1-29+100mcg GHRP6, wait 20min 2iu's GH+6iu's log
9:20am. 70g protien 70g carbs less than 10g fat(evoo)

10:30am 60g protein 50g carbs no fat

1pm full meal. 80g carbs 60g protein 25g fat(evoo)

2pm workout

3pm 100mcg 1-29+100mcg ghrp6, wait 20min 2iu's GH+6iu's log
3:20pm 70 protien 70g carbs no fat

4:30pm 60g protein 50g carbs no fat

7pm. full meal, same as 1pm meal

10pm 100mcg 1-29+100mcg ghrp6 wait 20min 2iu's gh (no slin)

regular eating till bed.

Im shooting for around 4500cals per day but have to time the fat correctly and will have less on workout/slin days with more carbs on these days. My concern is, im not following the 10carb per iu rule, followed by 5carbs per iu 1hr later. Im having more carbs than that. Could that potentially cause unwanted fat gain, and more fat gain than if i didnt use slin at all.
 
Not following the 10 grams of carbs per iu of slin rule will in a lot of cases make you go hypo. Also, IMO, using such a low dose of gh with slin to me isn't worth it.

Im doing more than the required carb protocol. I also thought you needed higher GH does with slin but seems like dats protocol doesnt require it.

You can use slin in 2 ways. You can use it to shuttle nutrients more efficiently or use it in conjunction with gh so that igf-1 in your skeletal muscles is created. Now this may or may not be true, but what I believe is that you have to have a sufficient amount of gh and slin in your body in order for your muscles to produce enough igf-1 for hypertrophy. Dat has a lot of knowledge on this matter so let's see what he says.

Everyone is different, but for 6iu of slin I don't need much in the way of carbs at all.`

Obviously my insulin resistence is probably less than ideal, but many if not most people can probably take 3iu of slin without any carbs whatsoever.

IMPORTANT:

One should of course monitor their blood sugar levels and have plenty of glucose tabs on hand when performing such experiments. Your mileage will vary!
 
I would eliminate as much fat as possible from your intake after slin. That includes EVOO.
Something else you may want to consider is Hydroxy Citric Acid - which inhibits the enzyme ACL that basically converts ingested carbs to fat that insulin will easily store. Now foods has a good product called Super Citrimax.

I agree 100%. In addition 2IU GH with the slin is a great dose. No need to eliminate the EVOO at all! It actually will help you burn more fat and build mass. Its a delicate protocol, however.
 
I disagree with the guys that say that low dose gh with slin is good. I believe that higher doses of gh are needed along with slin so that more igf-1 is created in the muscles, thus more chances of muscle hypertrophy happening. This is JMO.

Yeah, if youre not satisfied w/ a 40lb gain in your bp over a 3 month period, then you might need more...
 
40 pound gain in your bp? Blood pressure? Bro, that doesn't even make sense. Using higher amounts of gh along with slin doesn't make your bp go up unless you're diet is shitty, you don't do cardio and you're consuming too much sodium. I measured my bp right now and it's 114/64.
 
The main prob im having is im trying to gain as much lean mass as possible on this cycle and I need a good 4500cals to grow, esp with everything im using. With the slin i can minimize fat but thats gonna drastically minimize calories. Then at the same time if I take in more carbs than needed on the slin that can cause fat gain as well. So im stuck. I presume more carbs with slin will only minimally put on fat opposed to if I included fat for the calories. maybe i'll just increase the protein when slin is active. Like 80-100g with each meal to get the extra calories.

Since you have to minimize fats while slin is present, the best thing for you to do is increase your carb and protein intake to meet your daily caloric requirements.
