Going for lean mass with a test cycle. Im adding humalog on workout days only but want to minimize fat gain so i'll try and have little fat when its presnet. I planned on doing a large slin shot pwo only but after reviewing datbtrue's threads that seems that it will make the GH less benefital which is not what I want. What do you guys think. This is on MWF, workout days
9am. 100mcg modified1-29+100mcg GHRP6, wait 20min 2iu's GH+6iu's log
9:20am. 70g protien 70g carbs less than 10g fat(evoo)
10:30am 60g protein 50g carbs no fat
1pm full meal. 80g carbs 60g protein 25g fat(evoo)
2pm workout
3pm 100mcg 1-29+100mcg ghrp6, wait 20min 2iu's GH+6iu's log
3:20pm 70 protien 70g carbs no fat
4:30pm 60g protein 50g carbs no fat
7pm. full meal, same as 1pm meal
10pm 100mcg 1-29+100mcg ghrp6 wait 20min 2iu's gh (no slin)
regular eating till bed.
Im shooting for around 4500cals per day but have to time the fat correctly and will have less on workout/slin days with more carbs on these days. My concern is, im not following the 10carb per iu rule, followed by 5carbs per iu 1hr later. Im having more carbs than that. Could that potentially cause unwanted fat gain, and more fat gain than if i didnt use slin at all.
