so I finally started my bulk cycle :D
i will try to type everything as clear as possible

current stats:
weight:98-99kg
BF: Moderate :p
height: 180cm


Cycle:

Test 400 2x1ml/Wk
Nmax 2x0,75ml/WK
Mast E 2x1ml/Wk

Dbol 50mg ed

Nolva 10mg ed
Arimi 1mg e3d

if there are any changes I will post it.


diet:
Meal1:
75g oats/30g peanutbutter/a banana/40g Whey/250ml skimmed milk

Meal 2&4:
75g rice/150g chicken/200g vegetables

Meal3:
1 fitness baguette/1 slice of cheese/1 egg/1 slice of ham

Meal5: (Pre WO)
75g Rice/150g lean ground beef/70g tomato puree/100g vegetables

Meal6: (Post WO)
50g oats/50g whey hydro

Meal7: (before sleep)
4eggs/100g baked ham

That doesn't look like much food at all. Surprised you can weigh 220 with that much. Good luck, you have great shape!

thank you! and calories are around 3900 per dag. those will be upped in the coming weeks,didn't want to start too high from the beginning. :)

Wait what? What're your macros per meal? I see several that are like 25g carbs and 30g protein. 150g chicken is little more than 5oz? Maybe I'm just confused. I didn't do the math all up but I don't se almost 4K calories. I barely see any fats at all?

3994kcal 401Carbs 109Fat 317protein
got the most fat from the peanutbutter,eggs,cheese and meat

Couldn't update last week because I was buzzy with work. but I'm here again, currently starting week 3 of this bulkcycle. everything is going good so far :D
current weight this morning was 100,5kg.

The diet:
upped the calories especially the protein and fat

Meal 1:
75g oats/30g peanutbutter/1 banana/50g Whey/250ml skimmed milk/15g chocolate

Meal 2&4:
75g rice/200g chicken/200g vegetables/30g cashew nuts

Meal3: (shake)
75g oats/30g peanutbutter/1 banana/50g Whey

Meal5: (Pre WO)
75g Rice/200g lean ground beef/70g tomato puree/200g vegetables

Meal6: (Post WO)
75g oats/50g whey hydro

Meal7: (before sleep)
5eggs/30g cashew nuts

Macro's: Total kcal:4900 Carbs:479g Protein:389g Fat:148g


Cycle:
Test 400 2ml/wk
N-Max 1,5ml/wk
Mast E 2ml/wk

this get split over 2 days,Wed/sun.

Nolva 10mg ed
Letro 1mg ed
Oxy 50mg ed

Dbol is switched with Oxy because I started feeling something in my left nipple, also I switched from arimidex E3D to Letro ED until it's gone.then I go back to arimidex

Watching glad to see you increased your food.. don't be hesitant to add protein and carb or protein and fat depending on which you digest easier.. fiber as well. Otherwise looks good.
More food = more you bro so don't be afraid to eat !Throw a few cheats in there once in a while ;)

Your pretty balanced except for back, how are you currently training it?

thanks, i'm currently training it 2times a week. i isn't the biggest working point atm it's more the photoquality i think. i have to use tinypic,would be better if there was some sort of attachments on the fora.:D

so rolling in to week 4 of this cycle :D
there won't be much changing for this coming week,the diet will remain the same as last week because I will take 1 more rest day.

my weight is currently 101,5kg so around 1kgs increase from last week. just as it supposed to be ;)


Cycle:
only thing that will change here is that I will switch back to dbol :eek:

starting week 5:
Week 4 went amazing,the gear is working at full speed :D have had amazing pumps and good training sessions even that good that forgot to take my restdays :p we start next week with a restday just because my body needs it and it's Monday so al those betamales will be training chest and the gym will be packed.my weight wasn't going up like I wanted it to be but after yesterday's cheatmeal we managed to go above the 103kgs. I will type the changes of next week under here.

Diet:
here I will increase my calories again but mainly in the carbs part, those changes will be made around my trainingsession. also I will add another egg in my last meal.

Meal 1:
75g oats/30g peanutbutter/1 banana/50g Whey/250ml skimmed milk/15g chocolate

Meal 2,4:
75g rice/200g chicken/200g vegetables/30g nuts

Meal3: (shake)
75g oats/30g peanutbutter/1 banana/50g Whey

Meal5: (Pre WO)
125g Rice/200g lean ground beef/140g tomato puree/200g vegetables

Meal6: (Post WO)
100g oats/50g whey hydro

Meal7: (before sleep)
6eggs/30g cashew nuts

Macro's: Total kcal:5344 Carbs:541g Protein:403g Fat:160g


cycle:
we upped the n-max from today on to 2ml/wk also changed back from Dbol to Oxy

Oxy 100mg ed 2 times a day 50mg

going in to week 6
so the past week went well I managed to take 2 rest days,my weight was kept hanging for a wile but after getting my sleep up in the weekend it went up again.woke up at 103,5kgs. personally I feel like a little bit less water under my skin to. my appetite wasn't great due the warm weather this week but I managed to get all my meals in so I hope from tomorrow on it will be better because more warm days are coming.

Diet:
for this week here won't change much will keep my kcal the same.

cycle:
from today on we will try 'the Bulkboms' so I'm curious what that will do :D
besides that there won't change anything so cycle will be

Test 400 2ml/wk
Mast E 2ml/wk
Nmax 2ml/wk

Nolva 20mg ed
Arimi 1mg ed
Bulkbombs 100mg ed

Week 7
last week went kinda good, still struggling with my appetite. I'm still able to get all my meals so that's good :D
weight is around 103-104 kgs.

I will lower a bit of carbs in my pre wo meal because I just feel myself too bloated during my workouts.

good luck bro. call me crazy but thats not 5200 cals. somewheres in the 3500-4000 range if i had to guess.
I know. The macros are wayyyyy off. Butttt he is growing so who cares right? lol that's my logic.
