Hey all,

I am picking up 500 Naposims and 24 amps of E-Test. What would u guys think would be the best way to put this together. I am 5'9,192lbs, and have about 10% BF. I have done a cycle of Finabolan and Cyp in November. Here is an example of my training and diet regimine:

Meal 1 (6am) Then back to bed.

Ultimate Nutrition Weightgainer Shake (sometimes w/ milk or orange juice)


Meal 2 (9am)

8 egg whites
2 yolks
2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
1 Orange
1 Multivitamin

Meal 3 (12pm)

1 Ultimate Nutrition Weightgainer Shake (As soon as i get home..15 min away)
1 Serving Of Twin Lab Ultra Fuel (Imediatley after at Gym)
1 Teasoon Flax Oil

Meal 4 (3pm)

1/2 Serving Of Ultimate Nutrition Weightgainer


Meal 5 (6pm) Break at Work

Steak OR Chicken
Potatoes Rice


Meal 6 (9:45pm) Break At Work

2- Cans Of tuna
2- Slices Of Whole Wheat Bread or Egg Noodles


Meal 7 11:30 (if hungry)

1/2 Serving Of Ultimate Nutrition Weightgainer
1 Teaspoon Of Flax Oil

All this Adds Up to the following:

Protein: 250g -300g

Carbs: 350g- 400g

Fat: 30g - 50g

Calories 2670- 3250

what is it you are exactly trying to do? looks like you wanna gain.. if thats the case. the shakes are good, however i dont see a postwork out shake in there. nor do i see enough whole food calories.. i would say throw some more whole foods in. more chicken, beef, tuna... you gotta have the real food to grow..

i would say take 2 amps a week of the test.. and then about 4 of them naps a day for 4 weeks on, then off.... make sure and have some anti-e's on hand, as i will keep the bloat down... also, might wanna keep some milk thistle in that vitamin regimien
 
Shakes are a good "supplement" but it doesn't seem like you have enough real food for your foundation. I assume that you're trying to add muscle. You need to monitor your progress closely. For me, it's easy to "gain weight" but too much of it is Fat - too many calories (even too many "good" macronutrients).
