Well a brief(well more like the story of my life:p ) history as I'm still fairly new here. I was a really skinny kid up 18 years old 6ft 138 pnds before i started lifting. I was doing real well and ended up @ 195 pnds with a little "help" until i decided to change career fields. I ended up putting the training aside and focusing on other goals for 4 years. Long story short i ended up with a severe work related ankle injury and when i came out of the hospital one year ago today i was a whopping 160 pounds and weak as hell. After heading BigA's, Little Savage and a few others advice i came up with a diet and a HIT regiment and decided to see what i could do without any gear. Things are going really well but for the first time in my life i have some belly fat and I'm freaking out a bit. I do not compete but i would like to get rid of it before it gets worse :(. But at the same token I really like the progress I am seeing and would love to continue putting on size. After months of Physical therapy i can finally start hammering legs so i want to keep at it. Here is some crappy pics but it's the best i can do right now. Any advice would be appreciated. Today i dropped my Carbs down to 100 and cals to 2000 still eating lots of fat and protein tho and plan to load carbs and cals for 2 days in 1 week rinse and repeat. I swim twice a week for cardio now as well(Still cant handle impact).

That is definitely my goal but funds are awful tight right now. But I'm assuming you agree it is time to cut? Or just tweek my diet to lean out gradually. The amount of mass i packed on has been incredible for me between the injury and being naturally a tooth pic. It's very hard to admit i need to go on a balls out cutter. :eek:

Cutting natural while trying to hold muscle is extremely hard and doing anything really drastic could bring you close to the "tooth pic" phase of your life again :D (Been there before!!)

I would give Phil Hernon a try! He is highly recommended on the board and is very reasonable and is experienced in helping both assisted and natural bodybuilders reach their potential. Shoot him a PM and see what he can do for you.

Well, I would do some good research on this site for a pratical natural cutting diet/routine. Don't expect to see big results over night, but give it a good go. If things really are not working too well, or you are hitting a brick wall, find someone to help you. Keep high expectations for yourself... you WILL succeed if you really want it!
