Well a brief(well more like the story of my life ) history as I'm still fairly new here. I was a really skinny kid up 18 years old 6ft 138 pnds before i started lifting. I was doing real well and ended up @ 195 pnds with a little "help" until i decided to change career fields. I ended up putting the training aside and focusing on other goals for 4 years. Long story short i ended up with a severe work related ankle injury and when i came out of the hospital one year ago today i was a whopping 160 pounds and weak as hell. After heading BigA's, Little Savage and a few others advice i came up with a diet and a HIT regiment and decided to see what i could do without any gear. Things are going really well but for the first time in my life i have some belly fat and I'm freaking out a bit. I do not compete but i would like to get rid of it before it gets worse . But at the same token I really like the progress I am seeing and would love to continue putting on size. After months of Physical therapy i can finally start hammering legs so i want to keep at it. Here is some crappy pics but it's the best i can do right now. Any advice would be appreciated. Today i dropped my Carbs down to 100 and cals to 2000 still eating lots of fat and protein tho and plan to load carbs and cals for 2 days in 1 week rinse and repeat. I swim twice a week for cardio now as well(Still cant handle impact).
