Natural or over the counter aphrodisiacs

My wife and I are going through a really tough time and we
want to try to spark some of the passion that we had before
she decided to stray from our marriage a little.

We are working it out and correcting the mistakes we were
both making in the relationship, but that's another story.

This weekend we want to spend a romantic evening together
and she is keen on finding a natural aphrodisiac, even one
that's over the counter, that will help us get past our
hurt, and open up to each other like we used to.

It sounds like you are smart and are working on the causes of your marital troubles. That's good! I can only say this in regard to aphrodisiacs. You want whatever you decide to take to be effective. I wouldn't mess around with a substance "you are hoping" works. I'd get one thats proven to work.

For example: You know Viagra works for erectile dysfunction in most cases. If that was your problem, you'd want to take Viagra rather than the latest wonder cure you are unsure about.

Aphrodisiac: Testosterone in both males and females increases sex drive. Yes, even women can benefit from small amounts especially post menopausal women.

Aphrodisiac: The greatest aphrodisiac is your mind. Thinking sexual thoughts, making plans about what you will do in an encounter, fantasizing. Those are all great aphrodisiacs. I'd get her a racy novel. Use your imaginations. Most of the time people don't make time for such things in their busy lives. Make sure the two of you are making time for such matters. I think that will work better than anything.
