No surprise to me - Dallas has some of the most contaminated, carcinogen-filled tap water in the country. I've used Brita filters for tap water for 10+ years and I really just use that for cooking, filling my CPAP, the dog's water, etc. - I almost exclusively drink Ozarka spring water.

Not sure your age boss, but if you were eating food from any Teflon coated pans from the 80’s/90’s, then you got PFAS in ya. Kinda like HPV. Lol.

There’s a movie abt these PFAS involving DuPont with Mark Ruffalo as the leading role. Great movie, but I forget the title. I called my old man after watching it since his entire career was in plastics, polymers, and additives. He had a damn rebuttal for everything. Sounded like a DuPont man! Lol
