Need Protocol For Afluetops..?

Well Ive tried everything ....Injections...twice...gluc/chon.,naps...aspirin havent tried dmso YET..
I havent lifted in awhile and cant do any pushing movements at all....bent over rows light is all I can do without pain.....

Can some one tell me on how much and for how long for afluetops..?/Someone who's actually used the product not hear sayer's...Im about to order some just want to know how much I'll need....
