I have fairly lean body mass. With my job I get fair amount of sleep Im on call.
I do not have the weights to push a workout around were I live, Do to there is only one Gym In a 80 mile radius. So Im building me a home gym. There is a a local gym, But it is actually a "physacal fitness center" so it does not have the weight or equipment I need to do a great workout. My workout was given to me by my Cousin he has been in compation since he was hs. His spealilty is Strongman comps and powerlifting. So I dont think what He has given me is for mass, But is for strenght. thanks for your resopnse.
