Need some advice!!

Ok so the past month or so I have been trying to put on some weight, my diet is by the book (or so I think ha ha) it consist of 5 meals in this order:

Breakfast- Oatmeal, fruit, protein shake.
9:00-tuna,protein shake
12:00-chicken, fish, or lean beef, protein shake
3:00 tuna,fruit, protein shake
6:00 chicken, fish, or lean beef, protein shake
8:00 casiene shake before bed


My carbs are always below 300 and protein is usually between 400 and 500 grams.

I'm gaining weight but I noticed yesterday my body fat percentage has gone up one point. Should I be worried about my fat percentage while I'm trying to gain weight? or should I back down on some of my calories
 
What are your macro percentages with that diet?

It looks about 80% protein with 10% fats and 10% carbs.

It's going to be hard to gain weight completely lean without AAS help, then it's hard, but not impossible.

I wouldn't worry too much about a couple % while bulking.

I read Big A's guide for beginner body building and have tried to base my diet, training and gear on his advice. This is my second time to take anything I worked out for three yrs before using any gear. Currently I'm taking 750mg test, 600 mg deca, and 40mg dianabol per week.I"m also taking clomid daily and 250mg hcg per week. I just wonted to ask you guys opinion and make sure I'm on the right track.

I'm not big on taking a SERM(clomid nolv) during cycle unless severe gyno symptoms appear. An AI(adex aromasin) is definately needed during.

You're gonna blow up with that cycle...:D Just eat.
