Need some help, hurts like hell

I just recently recieved some UG dvd's and injected my left quad sunday. yesterday there was some pain and a bit of swelling but today my knee is very swollen and hurts like hell. Its hot to the touch and a b*tch to even walk around. I was reading massive g's article on sterilizing and figured i might need to do this since it is ug grade. Also thought i maybe missed the muscle a bit and it flowed down to my knee.
Also a bit feverish but not too bad bc i have been feeling bad for a few weeks now.
Anyone have an idea what it could be???

well if its red and hot to the touch with fevor symptoms it sounds like it could be an infection. what was it you injected was it sust?? or prop?? same thing happened to me with the same symptoms and it was a small infection the some antibiotics took care of. keep and eye on it if it dosent get better by thursday i would see a doc.

Sounds like a reaction to high BA or solvents. Try diluting with sterile oil 1st. Never hurts to re-filter and bake though. I have heard of several guys that filter and bake then get the same problem - once they dilute everything is good...
If you think you have an infection - get medical attention ASAP!

ok i just got some grapeseed oil and im gonna try cutting it with that. if i were to filter and sterilize, what are the correct steps to do so?

If its Prop or Suspension you may have just not got it into the muscle. I put some prop in my delt a little while ago but must have missed the muscle and ended up with a red swollen hard welt a little lower inn the rm than I injected. Best tip I ever got was Benadyl which made it way less painful and it went away in about 4 or 5 days.

i just saw a doc and he gave me some meds for the inflamation.
getting up this morning was prolly the hardest thing i have ever done.
there is no pain in the inject site just around the knee so im thinking the oil leaked out and is collecting around my knee.
Hope the meds clear things up

I have had the same experience Mr. Smack talks about in the past. Bake, strain, same results. Dilute, problem solved.

BTW never, ever, any pain with my test from the actual pharmacy. Ever.

I'm on my first cycle right now using prop. I'm diluting 1:1 with sterile grapeseed oil, warming for one minute under hot water and massaging/foam rolling after injection and I've had no pain at all other than some mild, barely noticable injection site soreness. No more pain than I would have with a flu shot.

It's been my experience that some gear just doesn't agree well with certain people's bodies. Last year I had an issue with a particular brand of Test E. Both my training partner and I used it, and we both experienced extreme pain and swelling for days after injection. Even after diluting it, the pain was so extreme sometimes that even simple tasks like bending over to tie my shoes were almost impossible. It also made sleeping very difficult. We each made it through 4 vials of the stuff before we gave up and switched brands. The gains just weren't worth the pain at that point.

I have always heard that Test Prop can cause pain and swelling so maybe that's what you're experiencing, but your situation seems a bit extreme. Maybe try switching brands and see what happens.

Infected

Sure enough i got an infection. It's not around the injection site but all around the knee. It is creeping up to it though. I'm on an IV of antibiotics and diagnosed with cellulitis. Funny thing is I used another product two days before and perfectly fine.

update

This is my third day in the hospital and im am running thru antibiotics. Getting a bit better but progress in very slow. i have my knee elevated but when i get up to walk its a pain to walk and my knee and the whole surrounding area turns purple like theres no oxygen getting to it.
I dont know how long gonna stay in the hospital but i am not touching that nasty stuff again.
