I know abs are 90 percent diet but I'm in the single digits and feel that my abs need some pop and seperation (expecially in the seratus) any exercises to help with this all I do is crunches (without weights) and leg raises with broom twists) 3x per week. Some insight would be most appreciated. Cheers.
