He is such an inspirational. Regardless of what disability we may have, we can do anything. When I decided to become a Chef, some people in my life try to put me down because I am Severe Deaf but I have prove them wrong.
I went on to work in 4-5 star hotels around Australia and Professional Chef Competition Salon Culinaraire and to this day I am a Chef Manager.

thats an impressive accomplishment of you own chef.....bet it felt good to succeed when no one thought you could. something to be proud of for sure.

good work chef, your right it seems anytime you take a step forward so to speak it will always be people there to doubt you but that is motivation for the strong minded! and yeah that guy is an inspiration.

Thanks guys. Nick is the real inspiration but for me I considered myself lucky because I got hands and feet. Honestly, I rather be deaf than blind
