Hey Fellas-
Been reading the board for a little while so i figured i would register; great group here.
Anyway a little about me. 25yrs old training 4yrs but only two consistantly, 6'5" with obnoxiously long arms and legs, makes for a pain in the ass to make any gains look decent or atleast noticeable, i weigh 230lbs not big by anymeans but from starting at a weight of 185-190, factor in learning curve and i figure its not to bad. I am natural for many reasons rite now the biggest would have to be the legal risk; the GOV needs to bury there head in the sand and keep it there as far as im concerned.
Training Split:
Mon: Back, Tris
Tues: Legs
Wed: Off
Thurs: Chest, Delts
Fri: Bi's
Abs every workout seems to work for me
As far as cardio i try to stay away from it while trying to add mass, I seem to waste away when i hit the cardio
Im looking to add as much additional size this winter, so if anyone has suggestions or changes to the above, please feel free to add them.
Diet:
This is a little tricky, I dont have a physical problem eating the food, but work doesnt really let me so much comes from shakes unfortuanetly
Meal1: Large bowl cereal, 2cups whole milk, and three egg whits and one whole egg
Meal2: 2 Scoops Isopure, and 2scoops N'Large, mixed in water
Meal3: 12oz Tuna 2 table spoons fat free mayo, sundried tomatoes
Meal4: Shake as above 1.5hrs before workout
Workout, and following shake as above mixed with gatorade
Meal5: 1.5-2 grilled chicken breats, or lean steak (Sirloin), spinach salad, asparagus or some sort of veggie
Meal 6: Shake as above, with milk and a little peanut butter 1 table spoon
Supplements:
Well nothing good yet but the usual Multi vitamin, Vit C, E, Zinc Gluconate, and flax seed oil and of course water 1-1.5gals a day.
