I just started working out again after 2 yrs off i am planning on getting glutamine and a mega men vitamins sport and whey protein i am going to us it for 2 month then go on a bulk up cycle can anyone tell me what they think about that and another thing i read something about working out for beginners its says to work out every other day and only do warm up then work out one set till failure i never heaard that i was alway told do 5 set if 15 so i am confused want to get this rite
