Taken today. Ive gained 9.5 lbs since I started this thread. Im still fairly lean, but loss some hardness with the extra fluid and carbs.

I look forward to it every night. Still natural for now. I woke up at 149.2 this morning. Some of my personal bests are 50 pull ups, 60 reverse grip pull ups, 50 handstand push ups, Squatting 245 16 times straight, etc. Hey, I inclined benched 145 20 times in a row on the top level today.
