4:45 am - 1 Isopure Shake - 50 G protein
6:00 am - 8 oz Black Coffee
6:30 am - 1 pck of Oatmeal with 4 crackers
7:15 am - 8 oz Black Coffee
9:15 am - 1 Muscle Milk Shake with 2 scoops of dried Coffee
11:35am - 1 Turkey Wrap ; 1 can of sardines
11:50am - 2 oz milk with 2 scoops of dried Coffee
2:15 pm - 1 Muscle Milk Shake with 3 scoops of dry Coffee
6:25 pm - 4 slices or 16 pieces of Rainbow Sushi Rolls with 1 Hamburger Patty
7:45 pm - 8 oz Black Coffee
9:20 pm - 5 boiled egg whites; 1 Hamburger Patty
9:40 pm - 4 oz milk
I had a couple mints throughout the day.
